Description
The Surron L1E is the roadgoing version of the LIght Bee X, however this is not currently able to be complied as a moped-class vehicle in NZ, to our knowledge.
Matching all the performance stats of the epic Light Bee, this version comes with a decent headlight, mirrors, and indicators. Useful for showing your following mates which trail you are taking, and watching them disappear in your rear-view mirrors as you gun it away! Great for night rides, too.
Available at the retail price of the regular Light Bee of $8199 (originally these were $9099 plus on-road costs), there are some road registered L1E models in NZ, but NZTA seem to be getting tighter with their compliance testing. Maybe you can find a sympathetic compliance officer somewhere and they will pass it, but we won't guarantee it.
